Silkbank, which has not paid profit tax to the budget for 6 years, and 3 digital banks (Paysera Hash Bank, Pave Bank), for which 2025 is the first budget year and they will not contribute anything yet, are at a loss.Sanctioned VTB, which has suspended operations after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, will pay into the budget from its profits, along with other banks.
