Tbilisi (GBC) - "Orbi Group" held the presentation of its new project - "Central Park Towers" on Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi on Thursday. Within the framework of the presentation, a cooperation agreement was signed between the company and the international hotel operator Radisson Blu. "Central Park Towers" is a hub of 1,500-room, twenty-five five-star hotels, where Radisson Blu will start operating at 150 rooms.
The presentation of the project was attended by the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, who noted that investors and tourists in general are attracted to the country with such projects.
"It should be noted that projects of this type are not only significant from the point of view of investment, but also create new centers of attraction for tourism, as this is a hotel cluster. In itself, this is an original project and will be implemented for the first time in Georgia - ten different hotels under different owners will be present next to one branded hotel Radisson Blu, but there will be united, common multifunctional spaces for guests to use. I think this innovative project will create a new attraction and bring new tourist flows to the country," said the Vice Prime Minister.
