Tbilisi (GBC) - The number of dissatisfied customers of commercial banks has decreased. According to the statistics of the National Bank of Georgia for the last reporting month (December), the regulator received 2,295 complaints from customers dissatisfied with banks.
According to the statistics of the National Bank of Georgia, the largest number of customer complaints - 1,490, 65% of the total complaints are related to current account/debit card services. In the second position are borrower complaints about the terms of consumer loans.

Out of 3,000 complaints in December, 1,150 were considered unfounded by banks, and 405 complaints were responded to by the complaining client. After the servicing bank studied the issue and responded.
There are currently 742 complaints under consideration in commercial banks. The problem has been resolved in only 1 completed process.
