Tbilisi (GBC) - Levan Dzneladze, President of Banking Association of Georgia, stated at an international conference dedicated to the anniversary of the national currency that the 30th anniversary of the launch of the lari is significant, but what is more important is how much the national currency has an impact on the future of the country.

Dzneladze is satisfied with the activities of the National Bank of Georgia for the stability of the lari. When asked how stable the lari will be, the banking lobby once again told journalists that under the conditions of a floating exchange rate (the market is based on supply and demand), the future trend of the lari cannot be predicted. It is impossible to predict.

However, certain assumptions can be made about the state of the lari in the summer, taking into account seasonal factors.

According to Aleksandre Dzneladze, no sharp shocks are expected in the summer.
