Tbilisi (GBC) – Visa, the global leader in digital payments, in partnership with Primeclass Lounge, a TAV Operation Services (TAV OS) brand, is setting a new standard for travel in Georgia by launching the country’s first-ever Fast Track service for arriving passengers at Tbilisi International Airport for Visa premium cardholders.

This new launch builds on the success of Visa Fast Track, operated by Primeclass for departures, introduced in 2024 as Georgia’s first service of its kind. With the addition of Fast Track for arrivals, Visa, in partnership with Primeclass, is now offering a seamless premium experience at every stage of the journey, both entering and leaving the country.

Launching on August 11, Visa Fast Track, operated by Primeclass for arrivals service, allows Visa premium cardholders and Primeclass guests to bypass standard entry control lines via a dedicated express lane and tap-to-enter terminal, ensuring a faster, smoother, and more convenient arrival experience.

Diana Kiguradze, Visa Regional Manager for the Caucasus and Moldova, Sinan Erem, TAV Operation Services COO, and Tea Zakaradze, TAV Tbilisi General Manager, cut the ribbon at the launch ceremony of Georgia’s first Fast Track service and officially marked the start of the Visa–Primeclass collaboration at the Primeclass Lounge in Tbilisi International Airport.

Visa is proud to launch Georgia’s first Fast Track service for arriving passengers - a new chapter in enhancing travel for our premium cardholders,” said Diana Kiguradze, Visa Regional Manager for the Caucasus and Moldova.

“This is another important milestone in our partnership with Primeclass and a continuation of our commitment to delivering innovative, world-class experiences. I’m confident this exclusive service will not only improve the airport journey for our customers but also support the growth of tourism and contribute to Georgia’s economic development.”

“At Primeclass, we are committed to curating seamless and comfortable airport journeys through thoughtful, guest-centric solutions. The extension of our partnership with Visa reflects this vision—introducing Fast Track arrival services at Tbilisi International Airport to enhance the travel experience from the moment guests land. By combining advanced technology with personalized service, we’re broadening access to a smoother entry experience for our guests,” said Sinan Erem, COO TAV Operation Services.

“Considering the dynamics of passenger traffic growth, our primary objective is to ensure that our services remain as flexible, modern, and comfortable as possible. This is yet another new service that delivers a premium-level experience while simultaneously contributing positively to passenger circulation within our airport,” said Tea Zakaradze, General Manager of TAV Georgia, operator of Tbilisi and Batumi Airports.

Visa Cardholders can utilize the Fast Track service based on their card type: Visa Platinum and Visa Platinum Business cardholders can use the service twice a year, while Visa Signature and Visa Signature Business cardholders can use it four times a year, and Visa Infinite cardholders can use it six times a year.

Fast Track service is free for children under 6 years of age if they are accompanied by a Visa Premium cardholder.
