This circumstance significantly increases the risk that consumers may fail to notice the expiration of a discount and, as a result, remain unaware that the price of the goods placed in their shopping basket no longer corresponds to the price indicated on the shelf.By its decision, the Agency ordered the trader to restore the infringed consumer rights within one month and to fully align its commercial policy with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
