Tbilisi (GBC) - The number of dissatisfied customers of commercial banks (including microbanks) has decreased.
According to the statistics of the National Bank of Georgia for the last reporting month (February), the regulator received 1,902 complaints from customers dissatisfied with banks.
As of the statistics of the National Bank of Georgia, the largest number of customer complaints - 1,111 (58.4% of total complaints) - were caused by dissatisfaction with current account/debit card services.
The largest number of complaints among borrowers is expressed regarding the terms of consumer loans. The number made up 263 complaints, 10 fewer.
