Tbilisi (GBC) - In the third quarter of 2025, the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Georgia increased by 0.6% compared to the previous quarter, while the annual increase amounted to 7%, the National Statistics Service (GeoStat) reported.

According to Geostat, compared to the 2020 average, the index change amounted to 57%. The RPPI covers the market of new residential property in Tbilisi, both the flats and detached houses segments. The following table shows percentage changes of the RPPI compared to the previous quarter, the corresponding quarter of the previous year and the 2020 average.

In the third quarter of 2025, a price increase compared to the previous quarter was registered both in flats (0.5%) and detached houses (1.2%) segments. Compared to the third quarter of 2024, the prices increased in both segments, for flats by 6.9% and for detached houses by 7.2%.
