Tbilisi (GBC) - According to Geostat, 103.4 million liters of wine worth $252.5 million were exported from Georgia in 2022, which is 5.5% more in monetary terms and 28.4% more in volume than the same period of the previous year.
The exporting price of Georgian wine has decreased by almost 18%. If in 2021, 1 liter of export wine cost an average of 2.97 USD, in 2022 its price dropped to 2.44 USD.
TOP Trading Partners of 2022:
1- Russia - $161 million for 71.1 million liters (64% of wine exports).
2- Poland - $14.6 million to 6.6 million ₾ (5.8% of exports).
3- Ukraine $ - 13.6 million to 6.1 million L (5.4% of exports).
