Tbilisi (GBC) - The management of Bank of Georgia Group PLC (BOGG) has sold a total of 14,000 ordinary shares of BOGG.

Specifically, Zurab Kokosadze, the Deputy CEO of BOGG, responsible for corporate banking, sold 10,000 ordinary shares at £56.00376 each, generating a total income of £560,037.

Meanwhile, Nutsa Gogilashvili, Head of Retail and Micro Business, sold 4,000 ordinary shares at £55.9438025 each, generating a total income of £223,775.

Both transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange on March 28.
