Tbilisi (GBC) - During August, 2,176 complaints from customers of commercial banks were submitted to the NBG. Compared to September of the previous year, fewer borrowers expressed dissatisfaction with the servicing bank, the number of applications decreased by 2%.
To note, August is a passive month, but in July, 2,600 applications were submitted.
According to the NBG statistics, from the appeals of August, the most, 61% of the total claims, are related to current account and debit card services. In position II there are claims related to consumer loans.
