Tbilisi (GBC) - Preliminary data from the National Statistics Service indicates that Georgia’s foreign trade turnover in goods (excluding undeclared trade) reached 23,429.0 million USD in 2024, marking an 8.0% increase compared to the previous year.
According to Geostat, exports totalled 6,560.4 million USD, a 7.8% increase, while imports amounted to 16,868.7 million USD, an 8.1% rise.
The negative trade balance for 2024 stood at 10,308.3 million USD, accounting for 44.0% of the total foreign trade turnover.
