Tbilisi (GBC) - From the summer navigation season, the Greek airline company Aegean Airlines starts regular air traffic on the Thessaloniki-Tbilisi-Thessaloniki route. Flights will be operated every Tuesday and Friday from May 22 to October 5, 2023.

The Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia granted the airline the necessary permission for regular air traffic on March 15 of this year.

Aegean Airlines has been operating on the Georgian aviation market since 2012. After the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19, the airline has resumed regular air traffic on the Athens-Tbilisi-Athens air route from June 2021.
